How We Work
Quote on the phone, delivery in two days, weekly service on a fixed day, pickup when you say.
1. Guest count and venue check
We work out the unit count from guests, hours and whether there is a bar, then look at the access. If we do not know the property we will drive it or ask for photographs of the approach, the gate and the ground where it would sit.
2. Booking and holding the date
Summer Saturdays in Marin book up months out, particularly for trailers. Once the date is held we confirm the model, the placement and the delivery window in writing so your planner has it.
3. Delivery the day before
The trailer or units arrive the day before, get leveled, connected if there is water and power, filled, stocked and checked. Nothing about the setup happens while guests are on site.
4. Service and collection
Single-day events are usually a set-and-collect. Multi-day weekends get a quiet mid-event service. Collection is the next working day, and it is inside the price.
Planning The Restrooms Around The Rest Of The Day

How many restrooms for how many guests
The working rule is one unit per fifty guests for a four-hour event, halved to one per twenty-five when there is a bar and the reception runs into the night. A two-station trailer covers roughly a hundred guests comfortably; a four-station covers two to three hundred.
Where to put them
Far enough that they are out of the photographs, close enough that guests in heels will actually walk it. Fifty to a hundred feet from the reception on a firm path is about right, and they need to be at least twenty-five feet from any food service area.
Lighting and the walk back after dark
Trailers have interior lighting, but the path to them usually does not. String lights, staked path lights or a lantern run is worth adding to the rental plan, and it is the thing most couples forget until the walkthrough.
Water, power and what the site has to provide
A trailer wants a garden hose connection and a 30-amp outlet or a small generator. Where neither exists we bring a fresh-water tank and a quiet generator. An enclosed VIP unit needs neither, which is why it wins on remote properties.

A standard unit behind the catering tent keeps the caterers and the band out of the guest trailer. It costs very little next to the rest of the day and noticeably improves how the guest facilities hold up.
Rain, wind and a Marin winter date
Soft ground after rain is the enemy of a trailer delivery. Off-season weddings should plan for a gravel or plywood path, and we will bring boards where we know the ground is marginal. Wind matters too: units on an exposed bluff get staked.

What Wedding Restrooms Cost In Marin
